The development consists of a mix of one bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses.

Following the delegated approval, Ashby Design will now undertake the technical drawing package for the entire development, that will enable the client to progress the construction of the high quality homes, aiming for sale in 2022 and 2023.
